As holidays go, Keng Day had very humble beginnings. There was no logo, no t-shirts, no song, not even a schedule. We just winged it. The day started with Keng Day Trivia questions. The prize for each correct answer was a Mini Keng Snack Pack (MKSP). The MKSPs included an 8oz Mountain Dew and a bite sized Butterfinger (Keng’s favorite snacks). We had Noodles & Co for lunch (Keng’s choice), and then had the first ever belching contest in the afternoon. Keng really enjoyed the day, and then that lead to Erik declaring it a yearly holiday going forward. No photos or video of the day exists – the only artifacts are emails.
